Returns & Exchanges Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 4 days only from the date you receive your order.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging and accessories, if available.

Underwear cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order so we can review the issue and solve it.
